Is QuickFit for me?
Are you intimidated to go to the gym? Many feel out of place or are afraid of going to the gym because they feel to out of shape or ashamed. Don't worry you're not alone, there are many that feel this way. Our facility is a sanctuary and you will never feel intimidated here. You're not judged by how you look or how fit you are, only by how much effort you put in.
Do you go to the gym but have no idea what to do or can't motivate yourself to workout hard? Again you're in the vast majority of people. Every day your workout is already created for you. Every class is run by a coach that will warm you up, teach you the exercises or show you how to modify an exercise. And the group structure with the coach helps motivate you to give your best.
What is QuickFit?
This is our 30 minute beginner friendly group class. This class is a conditioning workout designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and shed pounds.
Expect to work with Kettlbells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Rowing, Running and many Body-weight exercises.
The key to this program is the workouts are constantly changing everyday in both styles and exercises to give you a complete full body workout.
Due to the constant variance daily many find themselves not getting bored with the "Same Old Routine" that makes going to a regular boring.
Can I do this if I haven't exercised in years or ever?
Yes. This class is entry level and can be done by those new or getting back into exercise.
The exercises are not complex and you go at your own pace. Don't worry you won't be holding anyone else back no matter how out of shape you think you are.
