CudaFit 45 is a 45 minute group strength & conditioning session that is lead by a coach.
This program is for those that are looking to increase their performance, body composition and challenge themselves. Training options are designed for beginners to advanced fitness levels.
We will use Kettlebell, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Body-weight Exercises and other conditioning machines during our sessions.
