QuickFit is our 30-minute Beginner Friendly group class. This class is designed with the beginner to intermediate trainee in mind.
The primary focus of the training is increasing cardiovascular conditioning. This class is great for the busy professional, fitness beginners that need help starting, intermediate trainees that need group motivation for their cardio.
Expect to work with Kettlbells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Rowing, Running and many Body-weight exercises.
The key to this program is the workouts are constantly changing everyday in both styles and exercises to give you a complete full body workout.
Due to the constant variance daily many find themselves not getting bored with the "Same Old Routine" that makes going to a regular gym boring.
